Hello,
I read recently that a new freighter service has begun operation, weekly flight Dubai-Singapore-Sydney-Hong Kong-Dubai.
Can any one please tell me how this service is crewed and how much time is spent at each layover?
Thank you
E.

Lots of dead-heading with varying length layovers of the usual 24 variety, give or take a few hours.
So the plane keeps flying with the "fresh" crew meeting it where it turns up.

So another pairing working precisely against the published OMA, where it is stated that layovers of 24h should be avoided ......
Like the KUL-MEL and SIN-SYD pairings.
Simply pathetic:ugh:

Where does it say 24 h layovers should be avoided. Most pairings that are 24h pilots want.

Strewth Glo, what do you want?
The pairings are mostly three sectors, one each day. You operate ONE!
How hard is that?
And l back Fatbus. As most non-ULR layovers are 24 hours, why would they want to avoid them?
By the way, l think the last SIN - SYD l did was seven years ago, just about when they stopped doing it.
