Can someone explain to me why the airport czars laugh at me when I ask about getting an instrument approach?

The is no Instrument Approach for Seletar. That's why they laugh at you.

In fact, for another 2 years, you might request getting a instrument approach.

Runway work has been completed since late fall. There is still construction going on but not on the runway. An ILS will be installed in 2014.

What else would you like to know.
