Does anyone know if there is some authorities out in Europe that don't accept Hungarian Type Ratings? And in that case why?

Reprocicity.
I have flown in Hungary, but found the entire process very very laborious.
And the medical was down right scary, I had to ask for a fresh needle to take a blood sample with, as they only replaced the vial from the top of the syringe when they were about to take my blood.
Saying that, Hungary is a beautiful country and I had a very happy time there. It's just that the "Hungarian CAA" are overly beaurocratic (more so than Brazil where I am currently).
If I had to go through that again, I would probably contact an Aviation law firm to help me with the process.
Good Luck
