Whats the issue at IT? Why is the turnover so high only in the pilot ranks.

Not being paid on time, management issues like roaster, seniority (Sr. management/pilots kids and relatives get seniority over everyone else. Its like a company policy of sorts.) and command upgrade are some of the issues.

Getting drowned in unlimited supply of KFA beer barrels coupled with empty pocket flying.....well till the kids are given preferences, old fox's would jump platforms if not ships.
