Crash pad in LIPZ

Greetings,
I am looking for a crash pad in the LIPZ area as early as Oct 2011. (Tessera, Marcone, Treviso +/-).
I am willing to commit for a long period. All I ask is for it to be clean and not too noisy.
Any ideas are appreciated.
