Saw this in friday's NT news

Territory, seeks a suitably qualified pilot for a Training and
Checking position to join its busy Darwin based operation.

An attractive salary is offered.

Anyone have any thoughts on this operator? what are they like to work for? worth moving up there for?

You would get to check, as long as it can be done under an hour and only to renew ratings you understand. Training? that's for pussies....

If you can put up with the working conditions, you will be rewarded. The work is hard, the days long. The managers are psychopaths. (literally)

I didn't really enjoy my time there to be honest, but it was a great step for my career.

Glad it's not just me who found people skills to be lacking at Hardy's.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Hardy when I walked, resume in hand, into their reception area.
Let's just say she didn't do her finishing school proud.

They are now looking for Metro Pilots and T & C pilots.

Does anyone have some recent, well informed comments to make about this operator re T & C, etc. workplace atmosphere etc??

Searched and all other threads are over 5 yrs old, some over 10.
I couldn't find an EBA anywhere, they have a very large fleet for a GA operator, do they even have one??
Please PM if not wanting to post.
Please no BS and snide comment posts as seems to be the norm now on this site. Thanks.:ok:
