Hi all,
This is a genuine request to any of u out there who knows, or has an idea of the process of converting an FAA licence into Indian CPL..I have an FAA CPL licence with multi engine..I have plans to do the 15 hours of recency that the DGCA requires,to be current within the last 06 months, from phillipines.........i have the following questions.

1. Am i elligible to do the 15 hours of recency flying in the phillipines?
2. Is phillipines blacklisted by the DGCA?
3. Do i need any sort of NOC from DGCA?
4. The requirements are given on the DGCA website, are they still the same or any changes to that?
5.Any other miscellaneous inputs u guys may wanna share?
