It's not a cheap subject I'm afraid - but yes, fascinating and worthwhile.
The only organisations who routinely pay for you to study Aeronautical Engineering at degree level are armed forces, usually for officer cadets.

Nobody is going to pay a 30 year old from one of the poorest countries in Africa to do an aeronautical course, especially when they have no idea how that person will progress through it.. Sorry, but that is the hard facts of life.
