I have not taken ATPL classes from them, but I have heard they're good.

Go to Central Training Establishment (Air India), Balanagar. Its the best in India:ok:.
They have a 1 month ATPL ground training course.
Me and all my batchmates who did it from there cleared all ATPL exams in the first attempt.
