Hello. can anyone tell me any information about working in "IAR"? Flying hours, Pay, Day offs, Working environment?

Im rated in C-130 and currently looking for a company with C-130 in their fleet. thanks

thanks for you replies. planning to move the the US soon and a US based company operating a c-130 is what Im really after.
