How do you get Imperial Jet to pay the bill?

can anyone help, they are not paying - how do you get them to pay a bill, the keep avioding the issue, lies, and never answer. I think they must be close to ruinning out of money now, first they lost the handling then the AOC in Beriut and now the LBA are watching them very closeles, and we all now it.

does anybodies nows how to get them to pay bills?

You can forget getting paid!!.......have a look at the posts here, nobody but nobody ever gets their money. Seems to be a tactic of this company......get everyone in a bad financial situation and then screw them.

I hope they get the same in return......I'm sure that their time has come.

From what I understand the money has gones, there is nothing left now. the crew say the only guy with money left is the Challenger 604 owner, and he has realised what we all have - it is one big lie. everyone now nows they nothing left, they screwed him, and other owners, they are in so much trouble and the owners tell us when we fly them how bad they are!! how is this normal :confused:!

all these flights are illegal, no dutry, no tire pressure checks on the lears, challenger flights weay outside of the region - i photocopied the logs just incase they dont pays me becuase they will find a way not to pay all the time! :=

no fuel cards - no payment to staff on time - no credit anywhere - flying way outside there legal limits - monkeys in Beirut contolling the German AOC and tricking at the LBA - and a big fat guy who says he owns it all buit never pays and the munich monkey we call him running around. This company is screwed to the walls to manys time and nows all over - the is simply no money left, everything has gone or is going, I cant beleive this illegal copmpany on an AOC!? :=:= 'Happy Landings

My name is Martin Spiegl and I am writing to you in my capacity as a Managing Director of Jetair Flug GmbH.
Very few members of this forum are trying to defame Jetair and ImperialJet with incorrect information.

Let me respond to the allegations of the user paybeforefly and shipshape79Charlie:

- "Tire Pressure check is not done on the Learjet fleet." Firstly, I am wondering why paybeforefly complains about Learjet issues, when he is saying in another thread that he is on the Challenger fleet. Secondly, and much more important, we are complying with the respective AD, like any other operator does. The required documentation is regularly reviewed by the CAMO organisation and audited by the German Civil Aviation during their normal audits.

- „ImperialJet lost their AOC in Lebanon“ ImperialJets AOC is valid, the highest court of Lebanon has ruled that it is valid. It is true, that there have been attempts to revoke this AOC,
But the highest Lebanese court has acknowledged in their decision that this was done wrongfully by the CAA and in order to give commercial advantage to other favored operator, which are owned by persons trying to influence politics and its administration.

- “No Fuel Cards” All of our Aircrafts are equipped with Shell, AirBP, Petrofer, Nautilus and ExxonMobil Fuel carnets. I think this is more than the average Businessjet is equipped with.

- “Flying outside ICAO regions” Jetair is flying in the regions EUR, AFI, MID/ASIA. We have not conducted any flight outside the approved regions, I am wondering how paybeforefly could keep such flightlogs as evidence.

- “Not getting paid” Everybody gets paid for his work and services. Every supplier and every employee. Anybody who feels that he didn’t got paid in the past and there is something owed to him, he should contact me via email or in this forum, but with full facts and full name. I am ready to discuss any issue in public, I think that this makes it clear once more, how confident we are that everybody is paid what is owed to him.

- “Flying with no duty time regulation” Jetair has been audited by the LBA (German Civil Aviation Authority) in March 2011 for the renewal of the AOC, which was done successfully without limitations. Beginning of August 2011, we have hosted the Civil Aviation inspectors for an audit. Flight duty time limitations have been checked during this visit aswell. Being responsible at the end, I am very confident, that everything is in order with the Flight duty time limitations.

the only reason people dont reply is becuase there companys arent allow to - but if you ask for a debt list of Imperial Jet and Jet Air Flug you would need another server to runs the storiys of all the debts.

from what I hear they are losing staff - losing aircraft - and running out of what little money the owner has left - it all depends on DAKBH and it owner, once that is gone it is ober - and he nows its alls bad and nos bill look right - not long! :ugh::ugh::D BOOOM!

gents, be real do you think supplier and pilots that are getting paid since years by jetair will listen to people posting without names or reference here ? i have being hired 6 times so far for the company and hav neither heard any bad stories nor they missed to pay me once, yes agree they have 15 people working only on billcontrol which i also don't like but once agreed than they deliver.
i guess we should be reasonable of what you are trying to achieve here ? are we now on the move if an ailine is not giving pilots what they want they post here under weird names and try to get paid like this ? if you are owed the money go to a lawyer, i am sure thats not the case, you are just angry, so cool down my friend as you are only damaging all of us (anyway business aviation pilots like us are known to be third class not accepted at any airline and thats why we move to business aviation and by such posts you actually make everybody think how can i fly with such a person).
i even think the post of Mr. Spiegl is overreacted as the nomal channels are not PPRUNE for posting they owe me 5 dollars which was deducted from my expenses as it was not correct.

I can confirm that as of January 2020 that Imperial Jets still does not pay their bills. Martin Spiegl gives nothing but lip service. Beware of this company.

it is possible to seize their aircraft until the bill is paid. complicated, but with the right lawyer: doable.
