Does anyone know if Firefly taking Direct Entry Captain or not?
What is the requirement?
How is the package?
Any bond in the Contract and what is the penalty?

I suspect things may be different now but it was for non typerated Capts ATR
100,000 Rinngitt bond for 5 years. Dont believe the CEO cos he may tell
you he is negotiable if you want to leave after say 2 years but come the day he will go back on his word.
Foreign capts got 2000 ringgit Housing allowance on top of normal local salary plus they were cutting salary by 1000 per month over 5 years and said would pay back if you stayed the Full 5. I heard some of the others were cut 2000 per month, as I said maybe its different now,

Firefly will not fly their B737 anymore..only the ATRs.
All B737 from FY and MAS will be moved to a new airline named Saphire, a new fullservice airline, replacing MAS' regional routes.
MAS will only operate all widebodies.
