Jet Star and the pay rate

I am working in an airline that pay me with fix monthly salary plus hourly rate based on block hour.
I am going to join Jetstar so would like to ask that
Anybody working with jetstar asia can tell me how the airline pay?Is it hourly rate only of it also pay the salary? BTW only hourly rate I knew is much more than I currently received as my monthly income.
