Handbook on Medical Assessment of Flight Crew (http://dgca.gov.in/medical/medappeal-ind.htm)

check this link. it lists the official appeal procedure for temporary and permanent unfit cases.

well that is really unfortunate...i hope you havent spend money on flying yet.....
you must be sleeping in your EEG test....it actually happened with a guy, he slept during his EEG report in afcme and got it done with private hospital without any issues....it was in 2009 i guess......then he had some kind of jugaad in DGCA, he knew the DG....and his medical file got changed....This is somehow very very difficult and he had a hard time......
However you can appeal for it, but i am not sure if they will listen to permanent rejected case.....
Good luck.

Dhruv - APPEAL is the only way out of it. This has happened to many pilots. EEG shows an abnormal reading the moment you fall asleep or if you're tensed about something. The key to a normal EEG is to relax while it is done. Good luck.
