Excellent! Some life in the Cathay drivers after all!

I believe Cathay's latest slogan is: "the team who go the extra mile to make you feel special" - evidence of which would seem to be apparent both here (http://breakingnewsmag.com/cathay-pacific-scandal-photos-released.html) and here (http://www.maydaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/cockpit.jpg)! :E

Oh to be a perpetual member of the smile high club!

Happy landings folks.

Coffee, Tea , or Me:ok: ??

is this what they call the end of service bonus?

Yep being a pilot is a hard job for sure;)

What is it with people and the constant "need" to take photos? :ugh: Attack some victim on the street and take a video, so the police can have all the evidence they need. Shag your secretary and video the episode so your wife can get a good divorce settlement, torture som inmates in a prison, but take pictures and circulate them round. :uhoh:

Have your fun but no pictures, or you are asking for it. :{

Mushroom,

Agree totally. The rule we always had was what goes on "behind the wire" stays behind the wire and NO photos.

yeah and some call it "turbulence". Sure... Next time the "fasten seat belt" sign comes on I know what's going on at the pointy end !

Does it count as a sex act if she's only kissing him?

Methinks this will be moved very soon, Jet Blast trash bucket would be more suitable.

Yeah! The 'pointy end' is having a jolly good time

I thought a particular American president claimed that act isn't actually sexual relations.

mushroom69
15th Aug 2011, 09:19
You mean it IS a sexual relation? I thought it was just a fringe benefit.... Let me check my contract........:ok:

Irony, joking......before the PC people come after me........

"it's not paranoia if they are after you...!

I thought a particular American president claimed that act isn't actually sexual relations.

It was a mis-understanding. What the President had actually asked Monica to do was 'Sack his cook'.

Clinton also said he hadn't actually taken drugs because he never inhaled the smoke. By those same rules, seeing as she didn't swallow, it wasn't sex.

Yea I hope his aim at the urinal is better.

Because of the fact of making hot photos in the cockpit, or porn ones out of it...

...or because they have been so imprudent as to leak those pics???

the latter seems to me worst.

Now he is sucked and sacked.

as a note, I know of an airline where there were many high mile club members, and I mean first first class, at the front end of the airplane. They loved the job, and on average had two divorces each.

Fairly standard, there have to be some benefits to trawling back and forth in the metal tube year after year.

As for the divorces, the wives were clearly inappropriately selected for, as most men know, a married man requires a variety of women if he is to keep his sanity!

......and a married woman, whose husband is off for a 14 day rotation........? Same level of "freedom" gentlemen?

I told my ex-wife that she was free to see other men but I either wanted to watch or see the pictures.

It seemed fair to me.

same level of freedom mushroom. absolutely agree. statistically it's already the case anyway so why bother ? everyone's private decision whether one contributes to one or the other side of statistics...

Based on the photographic 'evidance', it would appaer that Cathy have adopted some of Michael O'Leary's suggestions for Long Haul service offerings!

.....bit is rubik101's remark about the "jetblast trash bucket"!! I thought that was "rumours and news".
If the mods think a post or thread is trash; bin it completely, don't send it down to the (comparative) sanity of JB to spoil our day.
Pretty please mods?

Ahh, "Women in Unform". Anyone remember the Aussie band Skyhooks? Loved the paintjob on the bass guitar.

Aviation content: The lead singer, Graeme Strachan, was a helicopter pilot, but died in a crash while flying solo. :(

The really cross-making....
.....bit is rubik101's remark about the "jetblast trash bucket"

Oh I dunno - I thought his comment was perfectly apt.

I'd have though the Raincoat Brigade would have already had their fill.

Given that the subject matter has already been done to death with almost ten days of voyueristic dribbling here.

It seemed to be common on AOM NSFW

Maybe that's the reason they went bust?

SpringHeeledJack
15th Aug 2011, 18:42
I used to fly with AOM a fair bit back in the 90's, though never saw any untoward behaviour sadly....But....that stewardess in the cockpit, well....I could have sworn that we had a 'chat' on an Air France flight back in 2000 between CDG and Dubai :ooh: If not, she must have a sister :p
