Locked out

I'm trying to use a desktop I haven't used for a few years.
I've forgotten my username and password so can't get into it.

Compaq. WindowsXP.

Any ideas?

I can't find the tool I have previously used but it was something very much like this and was very succesful on a few occasions.

I've managed to get the files I needed from another source so the urgency has gone but I'd still like to get the old desktop working. I'll try the programme later this week.
