Heathrow Express Question.

Youngest daughter off to NZ in a couple of weeks and going via Heathrow. She has to go from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3.
Am I right in thinking that the first stop from Terminal 5 on the Heathrow Express is Terminals 1 and 3?
I assume this is also the quickest way?

If she's flying and connecting then follow signs for Flight Connections, assuming her bags are checked through. Failing that then the Heathrow Express it is.
