It's been a little while but a couple of years ago:

No real ground handling agent in Great Inagua, only Bahamas Air go and it is a -shut an engine-deplane pax-embark pax-light up the engine-go, no handler per se, just traffic service.

If going by plane, try calling customs to advise your arrival, it is not obligatory but that way someone will be in the airport waiting for you 1 (242) 339-1605. if not, you may be waiting in a deserted airport for 10 minutes. (an pattern height overflight of town will bring a couple of people sooner) :0)

With more details I might be of better help.

Just one thing I can add: Always take enough fuel to MYIG to get to an airport where you can refuel properly and with guarantees. USCG will not get involved on any help you might need, they consider all matters not assigned to them as bahamian issues, no help even if US citizens.
