Be prepared to take some flak for a question like that. Lots of guys and gals have gone from being in your position to being an airline pilot after spending a fortune (some going bankrupt even) and several years (and many more still waiting) to get to an airline job. If it were cheap and fast, everybody would be an airline pilot. Cheap and fast is McDonalds, those words don't usually go together in aviation.

You can have a look at Cathay Pacific's cadet program, but it is not fast.

You can look at Lufthansa's cadet program, but it is not cheap nor fast (and you have to speak German)

Any cadet program out there is going to be very competitive.

Aer Lingus and BA are starting up cadet programs, but it's going to cost you

Welcome to Pprune!
You will find a lot of experienced pilots here - as well as lots of ab initios - who are will to offer their advice.

However they do expect you to do your own research first. You will find that the Search function will help you to find answers to your questions that have been asked and answered many times before.

I will close the thread now and if you need it re-opened then PM me
