I am a licensed aircraft engineer working under indian dgca airframe & powerplant license & having more than 6 years experience .
Now i have passes all easa modules from caa but i dont have easa approved (145) maint. Exp. SINCE i AM WORKING IN INDIA ONLY.
During my indian license procedure i have gone through easa approved part 147 manufacturer coures for a320.

Can i get the easa b1 type rating on a320 or aml.

Please help me out. , elgd does not say anything about it.

Errh, you do not hold an EASA Licence, so surely you should realise it is impossible to get a EASA type rating..:E

You may have done the modules and a EASA type course, but without suffiecent experience being stamped off by EASA PART 66 stamper at an approved EASA 145 maintenance organisation, they are worthless until you do. Your previous experince will more that possibly reduce the requirement down from another 5 years, especially if it is recorded properly with verification.. Then again it might not be.:E
