Just wondering is there any talks of carriers forging new routes to Adelaide in the foreseeable future from Asia?

Currently there are SQ, MH,CX & QF. SQ & QF to singapore, MH to kuala lumpur and CX to HK.

During the holidays it's so hard to get last min tickets on these flights out of Adelaide.

I do hope EK or QR starts routes from adelaide passing through south east asia, esp SG. or at least some of the mentioned carriers to increase their frequency to ADL

Jetstar ADL-SYD-DRW-DPS-SIN-PEK would be the go.
$19.99 one way. Buy your muffins onboard.

did an ADL-MEL-SIN route, busted a hole in my pocket.

SIN-MEL-ADL, had an hour delay in SIN, the chaos in MEL arrival nearly made me miss my connecting flt to ADL.

First & last time on Jetstar.

CX is going to operate ADL direct HKG daily soon, instead of thru MEL. :ok:

SQ is gonna increase capacity during the summer period to ADL, twice daily with 3 times a week on a 77E.
