Can anyone help please.

I managed to get my iPhone 3G set up for internet tethering with a USB cable to HP mini netbook, but can't get it to tether via bluetooth.

It says 'bluetooth peripheral device doesn't have a driver'

I have tried downloading driver but no luck.

Thanks in advance.

Help, no, but mutual complaint, yes.

My new HTC Wildfire tethers via cable but also not via Bluetooth. It cosies up to my car OK and swaps files with that, but doesn't want to know the PC for anything unless it has wires to push the electrons through.

My previous Nokia had no trouble at all, in fact that would ONLY tether via Bluetooth, more-than-possibly because I lost the cable ;-)

Tony Draper is right, wouldn't have happened in the days of steam !

My iphone 3G doesn't link up to my PC via bluetooth either. I seem to remember that it isn't part of the functionality. It won't bluetooth to other phones either (not sure about other iphones).
