Do expect to use approximately 45 minutes to complete the entire application process.
The process must be done in one sequence – consequently you cannot fill out some of the fields and then return later.
For technical reasons DO NOT try to re-enter the process after you have submitted you application. If you want to make any updates ( only significant changes please! ) you MUST contact SAS by email [email protected], stating your name, licens number and your changes. We recommend that you update your application with major changes to flight time, medical status and contact information. Please note that maximum file size is 2 MB. Files exceeding 2MB will be deleted by the system.
On the following pages you will be asked to provide information related to:
Education and profession ( pilot and other )
Language skills
Working permit
Licence, type rating(s), medical certificate and flight time
Contact information for minimum 2 references that SAS may contact.
Reference to qualification requirement
Before you start the application process, please prepare the following digital copies for upload (maximum file size is 2MB/file). Photo should be in .jpg or .gif format and documents in any “office“ or .pdf format.
Digital photo of yourself
Digital copy of your licence
Digital copy of medical certificate
Digital copy of Flight Radiotelephone Operator Certificate / language level
Digital copy of type rating(s)
Digital motivated application (Cover Letter)
