Basing N-reg aircraft in uruguay

Last I checked Argentina allowed a foreign-registered aircraft to remain within the borders for only so many days per year, I think 45. Does anyone know of Uruguay's position regarding having an N-reg aircraft there much of the time? Taxes? Etc?

Also - anyone familiar with the airport and aeroclub at Mercedes Uruguay?
