hey friends,

Can anyone please shed light on the name of the banks which provide education loan for type rating on the bases on LOI from IndiGo airlines. Any kind of input will be appreciated.

Education Loan is kind of difficult to get based on LOI. Try for personal loan, it should not be a problem.

HDFC Personal loan has an EMI of

Does anyone know if IndiGo pays you a stipend during training for type rating ?

Also what is the current cost for the type rating at CAE ?

Yes. They pay you peanuts for stipend.

negative... no stipend during training, as you will be going on LOI not LOA.

Apprx expenditure for A320 Type including MCC and JOT = $34,000

Have they assigned you which CAE to do it from ?

Bangalore ? Madrid ? Kuala Lumpur ?

negative... no stipend during training, as you will be going on LOI not LOA.

They pay their cadets ( IndiGo cadet program ) 25000 rupees a month during type rating :(

i think they will be doing in CAE KL Malaysia,which is primarily used for Air Asia,thts wat one of my friend said he is about to finish the TR...

they have not given any info regarding where to train, infact still waiting for the dates to start the training.

and it might be either madrid or KL..
