Anybody give me an idea of current market rates for Legacy qualified Captain and F/O ?

Ahh go on. You know you want to !
Oh well, based on full time wages, and a bit of dividing / factoring and guesstimating, I recon £250/day for a F.O and £400 a day for Capt.
Am I close or miles away ?

It wouldn't be worth getting out of bed for that money.
lol..my thoughts exactly. A mate of mine flies a 600 for Euro1000/day plus expenses.

Depends on where your bed is. If it is Saudi or Russia the €1,000/day seems reasonable. If somwhere where you do not go stir crazy then £400/day seems good with, say, a minimum 15 days per month. Make your bed and lie in as they say.
