I know that the FBW airbus's feature trend spend (I.e., A line vector indicating if the speed is increasing or decreasing.

Do any of the Boeing aircraft have this?

Yes, the B737NG has a speed trend arrow.

It works on a similar principle as the Airbus, the tip of the arrow showing where the speed is predicted to be in the next 10 seconds, based on current airspeed & acceleration.

I love the speed trend arrow. When I used to fly jets with N1 gauges as the primary indicator of thrust, I knew the pitch and power settings at various weights off by heart. Now I fly with EPR (personally I think is fairy crap to fly with) the speed trend arrow becomes a very useful tool indeed for manual thrust flying!
