Anyone worked with either AAT Pilot Training or CAE in order to achieve a Type? Does AAT have agreements with Asian carrier's for interviews etc. Looking for people who have actually had experiences.

If you're going to go on about how @#$@#$#y it is to buy a type. I've heard it before - use another thread to vent.

Looking for a good honest opinion - no bashing either way please, but if you have had a bad experience I'd like to know.

Cheers.

Hey Waxx,

I know that CAE is well (more) recognized internationally as compared to AAT.

But it depends on ur personal goals too. Something like where do you want to apply and also how many hours do you have etc. I know all the sim training is done @ YYZ.

CAE is more recognized in Asia then AAT.
Also CAE is more expensive.
But they do have a provisioning section in their website with airline connections.

On the other hand I think the sims will be similar if not the same.

Let me know which one you decide on.

Good luck :ok:
