NOC for IR on Indian CPL

Can someone pls post the NOC format for getting IR and ME on indian CPL.

what are the documents reqd by DGCA for issuing IR on an Ind CPL.

There is a DGCA NOC format stating a 10 hr ME requirement which covers 4 hrs flying training by day. (including a min of 1.5 hr IR training)
3 hrs flying trainnig by night
1 hr GFT by day
1 hr GFT by night
1 hr IR test
And a endorsement test on ME type after completing 20 hr ground classes towards it.


Will this work for issue of ME/IR. What about the other documents such as 40 hrs of total IF time of which 20 may be counted from sim.
5 hrs of IR time in the last 6 months
50 hrs of PIC x/c time for flight going beyond 100nm radius
etc

Pls help.
