View Full Version : I.R Passed today

Just passed the I.R at Leeds, partial first shot then polished it off second go. I cannot give enough praise to Leeds Flying School and the CFI Kevin Rowell, Dylan Dowd and the Denson family for getting me through with the minimum pain/cost and maximum understanding/ enjoyment. If anyone is looking at a school for the CPL or I.R then you could do a lot worse, anyway time to go to the pub and get well and truly slaughtered.

Regards

Captain Doleboy.

Flying at LBA can be a challenge but if anything it teaches you the job as the weather is rarely if ever VFR.

Well done pal ... I remember the day I passed my IR ... it was without a doubt the hardest thing I've ever done, and the stress levels were like superhuman proportions before and during ... I don't know if you felt like that but I'm sure you'll agree, it's an absolutely magic feeling when you've passed it, isn't it :) :)

"G-REAT" news Congratulation, I am an ex student from Leeds Flying School and enjoyed every minute while I was there but flying VFR for my PPL was a little interesting to say the least.

Good Luck, to the future
