Cheap upgrades

Has anyone heard of alphaflightguru.com? They claim to offer cheaper business and first class tickets...
I made contact with them and they did offer me a ticket that was about £1,000 cheaper on the same airline i wanted to fly with, same dates etc.. But i was concerned it may be a fraud and did not go ahead with it.

What I can tell you is that they registered the domain through a third party which protects them from revealing their company name, administrators, and address.

I don't see why a legitimate business would need to do that, so that's a big red flag for me.
