Doesn't look right.
Damn good camera work, putting that flaming refinery tower beside the tail while water arced over all.....

BBC version of the story HERE. (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-pacific-14007894)
Taken out of the Boeing livery, I doesn't seem like such a buzz aircraft. Can barely tell the 787 style wingtips and it just looks like an old airbus like that.

Dear me, I have reached the age where I decide that all new aircraft look the same.
Looks a lot like an a310 meets shortened down/single level a380.
There looks very little clearance between the engines and the ground.
I wish the 787 all the best for a long and safe future.

Looks like A.N.Other modern aircraft - a snot nosed A310. I'm sure it's totally ace and latest technology and green and economical and oh luvverly - but it looks boring, apart from the scalloped engine bits - they look like they'll take some buggers eye out.

Still not totally settled by so much carbon fibre useage. Wonder if it made it non-stop?

I suspect that this "delivery/test" is the same thing done by Airbus when they ran into excessive delays on the A380. The public need to see something to convince them the thing is not another SpruceGoose!
