Its being widely reported now that BASSA have had to apologise and make a big pay off to a well known airbus captain that theyve been slating.
Anyone confirm this please and where can I see the apology myself? Do the BALPA posters know about this and is it on there forum. I'm interested in reading the apology but more so knowing how much was paid out. Rumour at CRC today was that it was about to be heard at the RCJ but was settled out of court for $250k.
If thats true I really want to see those BASSA accounts now :E
