Class 1 Medical Requirements.

I would like to know what is tested when undergoing a class 1 medical, And also the requirements for a pass.
Any and all information is appreciated!

Basically

Taking of the medical history
Physical Examination including eye tests, hearing test, listening to chest and heart, abdominal examination, check general health
Urine dipstick
ECG
