Dispatching in South East Asia region

Does anyone know about perspectives to get Flight Dispatch job in South East Asia region? (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong)

Which license (JAA or FAA) is most preferred there?

There is no JAA license each state member of JAA has its own policy for dispacthers but no common policy

Usually FAA is preferable

Sorry for misunderstanding... When I told JAA it was mean Flight Dispatch License of any EU country.
Also, I googled a lot but didn't find any recruiting company in discussed region.
Any help for that is required ;)
