All,
with the sycophants ball about to take place in CX City, I thought the Pprune community would be interested to see what gets 'rewarded' at CX and more importantly what does NOT get rewarded.
So here are the CX Nominated Betsys for 2011:
Diabetic Passenger
Epileptic Passenger
Helping the Sick Passenger
Medical Emergency in Changi Airport
Passenger with Family Emergency
Passenger with Sick Infant
Recovering a Lost Blackberry
Retrieving a Lost Bag
Returning Lost Earring
Reviving a Passenger
Teenage Passenger with Missed Connection
(and no I didn't make some up, this is the genuine list!)
After you have all re-composed yourselves, swoon, faint, aren't they wonderful and deserving....
Can I begin a list of proposed REAL Besty Award nominees:
B-HLL - front end crew, back end crew, pax - some of whom may never fly with CX again
B-HOZ - front end crew, back end crew and pax that all endured depressurization, cold and 22hrs of 'warm' hospitality in Karaganda International Airport, in Kazakhstan
FRA Ground Crew/Engineers - that had to deal with the clean up after a passenger passed away in flight, was stored in the lav and released a large amount of fluids - no CX doesn't have any specialist cleaners for this task...
.....please feel free to add your own nominations
