I have the 2007 versions/ copies etc. of the CAO and CAR and have the CPL Air Law Exam coming up within a week. I am studing this subject full time. I am finding that the copies are missing more current information. Majority of the information is there, but it may involve looking through a few pages to find it exactly.

What has been your experience and is it worth getting the new versions of the documents so that my information is current.

Do know of any websites that will note the updates so I can print them individually and update the documents myself.

Assistance would be greatly appriciated. Regards.

Have a look at this website http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Series/F1997B00935 and Civil Aviation Safety Authority - Civil Aviation Orders (CAOs) (http://www.casa.gov.au/scripts/nc.dll?WCMS:STANDARD::pc=PC_91044)
A couple of years back I had an AIP that was few months out of date and found that it was just easier to buy a new one as Airservices didnt backdate the amendments

Don't try to pass Law with four year old documents.

Download the PDFs from Comlaw and CASA and print them yourself. Do the whole lot at a place like officeworks for about $100.

Do the whole lot at a place like officeworks for about $100.

Or buy a cheap laser printer from the same place and a ream or two of paper for about $70

Got the Bob Tait Air law study guide?
Memories the answers, you wont even need to open the CAO or CAR's during your exam. Its a joke really, but its true.
