Since going over to Firefox 4, among several other unnecesary changes, I am at a loss to find how too open my Bookmarks Sidebar. Its probably staring me in the face, but i can't find out how to do it!

Help?

try ... Command B

See this too (http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Keyboard%20shortcuts) for other party tricks.

Or open it from 'view>sidebars>bookmarks'

Thanks for that Cntrl-B works fine. But it's a bit weird, because I can't find "View" on the screen of FF4? Had it before in FF3.xx, but not now. Can someone give me a heads-up on where to look?

Ah, my wife had that problem after an update a couple of days ago, at the very top left of the screen there's a tab labelled firefox, right click on the right hand end of it select 'toolbars' and click on 'menu bar', that should restore the normal menus.

Hi GG

Thanks for that tip. Thing is, before and after you post, I still can't find the 'refresh page' option with FF4:{

Daz

Sorted it....The bar with the + at end of box...Third bar down. Right click> reload tab.:D

If you right-click in the toolbar area a small menu pops up which includes 'customise'. Whilst in customise mode you can add icons ('show/ hide bookmarks' is a star shape) and drag the existing icons around to get the layout you want.

Alternatively, if you want the old menus to reappear, press the 'Alt' key and there they are.
