I understand this question has been asked recently, but i would like to approach it from a different angle.
There has been numerous threads regarding the expectations of flight schools, but i would like to know about airlines.
Some have adopted the attitude that previous education is disregarded as long as you have the correct licences & passes in your ATPL(as apparently your marks are not seen by the airlines) however, I dont believe this to be the truth.
Perhaps GCSE's are taken with a pinch of salt, but A levels, show a greater level of understanidng and also dedication to a subject.
Anyone that has experience in recruitment or the importance of results could you shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated :ok:
