Best Aviation I Phone Apps ?

I have just invested in an Apple I Phone 4 and have entered the great and wierd world of aps!

I know they have been out for a while, but I'm getting on a bit and this is all a bit new to me so......... Could you please let me know what are the best Aviation aps you have come across please and a brief description of what they do?
