After looking recently again at the history of Martin-Baker ejection seats up to Mk14 and the article about the Mk16A that was published in Flight International in June 1997 I was wondering if anyone can provide a technical description of the top and bottom latches and how the guide tubes are fixed to the aircraft. I can see the bottom fixing but there seems to be nothing further up.
Any technical information at all about the Mk16 would be of interest.
