How can I phone TAP and ask about baggage?

Someone has booked me on a TAP economy flight Gatwick-Porto-Azores (a yacht delivery back to UK) and I can`t confirm how much baggage I am allowed to take. I am almost weeping with frustration trying to find a person to tell me. Would anyone here be able to suggest a phone number? Mucho appreciado in advance Jerry:ugh:

Have your tried Directory Enquiries? TAP has an Internet site where one of the headings is "BAGGAGE".

It should be on your eticket receipt.

If you are travelling on a seaman's discount fare DG/SC25 for example it may be 40kg, otherwise I would expect it to be 20kgs.
