New Virgin Sydney Hangar

Since the announcement that VB intend to build a maintenance hangar in Sydney it has gone quiet.

Does anyone have any news of when construction might start or where they intend to build it?

It will be built in the Eastern park between AJC and RWY 07.

So far nothing has happened in regards to the actual construction. Is there a time frame for completion or is it a pipe dream?

All the resources are committed to the Staff "resort" island surely....

It's on the master plan, but the master plan hasn't been fully approved yet, including the plans for the GA/Corp Jet area.
