I have used Universal and Jeppesen Int'l Trip services in the past but going to give COLT Int'l a try setting up my handling at LIRQ and LIRA in a few weeks.
Anyone out there with feedback about COLT? I know nothing about them other than they are based in Houston (likely ex-Universal folks?) and the contract fuel price will save me some $$.
