Can anyone recommend where to get a Large display model of a Citation 525A?

A quick look on ebay should bring up quite a few companies in the Phillipines who make mahogany models, some will even custom paint them for a very reasonable price. I bought a King Air model and found it to be of excellent quality. Much much cheaper than other companies I found in the UK who offer a similar product.

Phil,

Found this, not sure if it's the size or price you require but they sound like they can build it anyway....and with your company logo etc......

Custom Model Airplane, hand crafted by Airplane Models, Makers of Premium Quality Model Airplanes. - $275.00 (http://www.airplanemodelworks.com/custom-model-airplane-p-867.html)

And of course, can get it shipped straight to Martin's house in FLA lol.

Try Steve via email: [email protected] ([email protected])

Not sure if he does Citations, but I've had 6+ Falcon aircraft made by him and his work is very high quality. He'll need aircraft specific details to match the actual aircraft.

Good luck!

Over on the Fragrant Harbour forum you'll find a CX station engineer who sorts out all the customised models for their guys. He's just signed up on PPRuNe and a will even get a Fed Ex discount out of Clarke!

Just chop the wings of one, not like they do anything.

The Cessna approved models that come with a new aircraft are from PacMin | Visually Dynamic Model, Graphic and Promotional Solutions (http://www.pacmin.com) perhaps they can still make a model A for you.PacMin | Visually Dynamic Model, Graphic and Promotional Solutions (http://www.pacmin.com)

the bloke that knocked that first one lives in Linz I think. There are quite a few floating around on the Large Model Association circuit so you might be able to buy one that someone has got bored of and taken the turbines out of. I can ask around if you like

These guys do a lot of military stuff but will produce other aircraft on request. Not sure if the model will be large enough for you though.

Phil

You could always get a large one shrink it in the wash to size? Would at least save hangarage space!

What does the A stand for?

Try googling Cessna 525 A models

Just like those small ops boys north of Watford Gap, who work from their back bedrooms, perhaps I can source you a great display model and then add 200%
Then, I'll network with you and pretend to be the best of friends.
