i didnt go to cockpit4u for the exact reason. I even signed and sent my contracts over to them, but there was a complete lack of response, so i decided to go to another FTO.

I emailed them to let them know my decision, and i had a phone call within ten minutes!

Volatus academy like many other TRTO's do have a habit of not responding to enquiries. It never ceases to amaze me how foolish some of these guys are. I certainly would not chase anyone down who dosn't have the courtesy to respond to an enquiry let alone finding out another email address of the people you want to invest with ...:ugh:
