The difference between an A320 and a chainsaw?
About 100 trees a minute.

Sorry, couldn't help myself.

Great joke!! Sad that it is another AF crash though.

Gulf Air took some trees from Bangkok all the way to Bahrain, but that was a A340:ouch:

Mr/Ms Butler
You are wrong on both counts. It was not AF, it was China Eastern. Neither was it a crash. An extremely serious incident, as well as damned bad airmanship, but mercifully nobody was injured.

Difficult to see why the report of the Ryanair incident at Dublin was moved to "Airlines Airports & Routes"
Even harder to fathom why this thread was moved to (of all places for chrissake ! ! ) to SPOTTERS CORNER ? ? ? :ugh:
I am a mere contributor, but I would really appreciate some explanation from the mods of the rationale they had behind this decision, because me

The one I remember was "what chops down trees & kills Indians"? Kinda combination of cowboy & Lumberjack ? Nope, A320.
Oh BTW, Bangalore, in case you don't remember.

Well that 'joke' is supremely tasteless - I think you should remove it.

I think you should get a life. :=
Anyway if the subject matter had been left on R&N or some other sllightly more "serious" forum I might have thought twice, but evidently those that decide these things think the incident is a bit of a joke anyhow ? ?

If I had any more 'life' I'd need a portable oxygen tent, defibrillator and a team of nurses to make sure I didn't do myself any more mischief.
