ATI MD80 at Gatwick on Stand 180

Can someone identify this aircraft please? I have been past it quite a few times at LGW recently but never taxied close enough to eyeball the reg....

Has it been the same one on stand since I first saw it back on 30-Dec last?
Any news on whether it will be going?

If my memory doesn't deceive, it belongs to some Italian company (perhaps charter) that has found itself in sticky financial waters and the plane is grounded due to court proceedings. Or something resembling something like that :8
