Conversion without RT

guys ! is it possible to submit the conversion documents to DGCA without an Actual RT but provided i've applied for the RT ? could someone plz send me the link for teh circular which says we are eligible , searched teh whole DGCA wensite but couldnt find it...thnx..

If you have passed your RT and are waiting for a hardcopy then you are eligible to apply, otherwise you cannot apply for conversion.

Had the same problem.....Vashishtha (Dep. Dy Licensing) said that the RTR result page with your name highlighted is enough....if you are unable to get a stampted letter from the WPC guys....:ok:
