...is there any other airline that has it's own ramp operation, ie staff equipment, 3rd party work etc?

I believe that UA, AZ, AC and AA at LHR self handle on the ramp with UA and AZ doing 3rd party work too but I might have imagined it!!
As far as I know UA, AZ, AC and AA all do third party handling. The biggest for 3rd party handling among these 4 is AZ.
